Dear Prospective Client of Rochelle Mezzano,

I highly recommend Rochelle as your real estate agent for a few simple reasons.

First, she’s aggressive.  I received my first offer on my condo no more than a week after I was introduced to Rochelle.  Within a month, I had received a second, full-price offer.  Rochelle will tell you that she actively pursues any and all leads, and she means it.  Come to think of it, although I first contacted Rochelle by sheer chance, it was no accident that her name had stuck on my mind, as I got a mail advertisement from her every week.

Second, she’s “detail-oriented.”  This overused expression certainly applies to Rochelle, even if doesn’t describe those people who usually claim it for themselves.  She comprehensively explained every detail of the deal, and executed every responsibility of her own.  Nothing was left to luck, as it should be.

Third, she cares.  This kind of service is all too rare in business dealings today, but you’ll get this extraordinary contribution from Rochelle and John.  Besides being great people, these two excel because they deeply like what they do, not just the money they earn.  It seems obvious to me that you’d want to collaborate with professionals of such passion.
