To Whom it may concern:

 

In  fifty-seven-years of living, including college and all the experience of living, married to a professional, and associating with professional people, as well as involvement with community, I have met a few people who demonstrated special excellence. 

 

Rochelle Mezzano is one of those people.

 

She has been our realtor in finding and buying our new home.

 

Details of what I mean by this excellence:

 

1)  She demonstrated initiative.  She found out about our need for a new home because she was looking for opportunities to learn and to serve, and a person she contacted in doing that told her about our need.

 

2) Prompt action.  She contacted us immediately and talked with me to determine whether and how she might help us find and acquire what we needed.

 

Within 24 hours, she had found something that seemed to meet  our requirements.  She promptly followed through by examining it in person, taking photos, calling us to talk about it, then sent the pictures via computer, suggesting that a relative who was there, and whom we trust, inspect it since we were not there and could not.  By the end of that same day, all of this had been accomplished by means of her personal effort.

 

3) She is GIFTED, as well as being hard-working.

She was able to understand what we needed, and how to achieve doing it, and how to guide us through the process:  these are people-skills, not the kind you learn from schoolbooks.  She knows the professional requirements, AND has intuition about people, and about timing:  WOW!

 

4) Patience and skill.  The process was much more complicated than might have been expected, with problems presented by us as the buyers, as well as coming from the sellers.  Rochelle demonstrated great patience, timeliness and skill in leading us through and getting everything done when it needed to be done.

 

5) Caring.  It has become apparent that Rochelle cares:  she isn't putting on a show of caring in order to please customers; she cares.  That is awesome.

 

I believe that Rochelle is gifted and skilled in this vocation.  She has been trustworthy.  She has been effective.  I would recommend her to anyone, any time.  We are very thankful to have had the privelege of working with her, and we are thankful for the wonderful new home we will be living in because of her caring and fine work.
