Dear Rochelle,

It was my son Jonathan’s decision to sell his condo. When he advised me of having selected a possible agent, I agreed to meet you.

After our initial meeting and my discussions with Jonathan about you and your presentation, I was very pleased Jonathan selected you as his agent.  Your presentation was extremely impressive. 

Your total professionalism, tempered with your warm and personal approach, was totally comforting, satisfying and reassuring.

The surprising speed with which you produced an offer on the property confirmed the confidence that you exuded in our initial meeting.  The speedy arrival of the first offer (though not acceptable) and its conclusion, was a remarkable demonstration. It confirmed our belief in your ability.

The second offer, which arrived soon after, was immediately acceptable, even incredible. Beyond any doubt Jonathan was right in having selected you for his agent.

There is also no doubt in my mind that you have developed a winning combination of making very impressive presentations in that you  provide extremely specific details of your methodology for selling and buying property.   Future clients that come your way will be blessed with having an agent that has your ability and gets the desired results:  Property sold, property purchased.

The fact that your husband helped Jonathan early and through the entire procedure is an asset that makes you two an unbeatable team
